Coyote ugly…

History has witnessed me awakening in the strangest circumstances – like the time I regained conciousness wedged into a cast iron bath in a dormitory block at Ashford Girl’s school. Or on a moth eaten sofa in Tooting curled up with the somewhat fragrant bass player of a well known Irish music ensemble. Less about those at a later date…

My blog seems to be following a similar path – it woke up this morning at http://jjakes.edublogs.org/ nestled in amongst other similarly educational pieces of writing. There was obviously some sort of fraternity blog link party that it gate crashed, proceeded to get hammered and woke up in a maths blog sandwich. Don’t even ask what happened – but obviously a trip to the clinic for a full check up is on the cards.
I just hope there were no photos…

So – I think that I have found my niche in the blogging fraternity.

Education my friends. I am here to pass on valuable information to help shape and mould the adolescent minds of the masses. Gather round tiny people and I will fill your heads with dreams and hopes. Yeah right…

I didn’t surf today.

  1. Transformation of Teachers Programme??? Maths section?

The ways of the blog universe are unfathomable indeed…

And I will have you know that I am NOT tiny. Well, not by Asian standards anyway. I’m probably a midget by Western standards.

  2. For once, I checked out your link and golly gosh there you are. I feel justified now in spending all those minutes over the years, teaching you everything I know. Very soon you will have full possession of the mantle, peace be upon thee my son.

  3. Nothing amazes me any longer about you, penfold. To be the meat between two otherwise dry pieces of mathematical bread is to be like the tasty bit of a sandwich. Put out your stall, and they will come, my Uncle Jesmond used to say (admittedly he was talking about flogging lingerie at Oldham market) – but the principle remains the same. You have been found.
